Production Team MemberPerform a wide range of duties to safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.Job Responsibilities:Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprintsCut, bend, place, and tie steel rebarPrepare steel molds for filling with concretePlace concrete in molds from pour bucketFinish fresh concrete after placing in moldsDisassemble steel molds and remove hardened product following dayMold/form buildingFacility maintenance and housekeepingProduct yarding and truck loadingOther duties may be assigned as neededJob Requirements:Related industry experience preferredSome construction experience preferredAbility and willingness to learn and be trainedAbility to communicate effectively with team membersMust work safely and be team orientedGood attendance and positive attitudeKnowledge and skills to use basic toolsKnowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measureUnderstand and can apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication and division)Industrial plant environmentFrequent walking/standing (6+ hrs./day)Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Frequent climbing of laddersWhat CRH Offers You:Highly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRH:CRH has a long and proud heritage.
