JOB TITLE:Elementary Teacher REPORTS TO:Principal WORKDAYS:9 Months (187 Days) SALARY: Certified Schedule 16 (Level 1-4) ($49,080 - $93,875) Depending on degree level (recognized by ALSDE) LOCATION: Various Locations FLSA Status:EXEMPT X NON-EXEMPTJOB DESCRIPTION: Provide a learning environment that allows students to succeed academically in accordance with system core values, goals and objectives. Implement an effective educational program for the assigned grade level and subject area(s) using the required course of study, appropriate resources and materials, and research-based instructional practices. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Utilize technology to plan and provide instruction and facilitate student learning.
