FOH Needed

We are seeking skilled Servers and Bartenders to join our Edgewater location. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Duties - Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner. - Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine. - Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. - Operate the Toast system with ease. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and supplies. - Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and attention to detail. - Manage and maintain a busy bar environment during peak hours. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and needs. - Work effectively as part of a team, supporting other staff members and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Experience - Previous restaurant experience. - Proven experience with cash handling and POS systems, including Toast POS. - Strong time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively during peak hours. - Experience with food service, including preparing and serving food items. - A background in hospitality, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Skills - Proficiency with POS systems, including Toast POS. - Experience with cash handling and credit transactions. - Basic math skills, with the ability to handle transactions accurately. - Excellent food service skills, with the ability to prepare and serve food items. - Strong time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively during peak hours. - A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized bar area. - Experience with nightclub settings, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and managing a busy bar environment during peak hours.
