Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support. Schedule: Flexible M–F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations. Travel Expectations This role includes a variable regional travel requirement, estimated at 20%–50% per month depending on program needs. Telehealth services are also provided, but you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites: New Bern Elizabeth City Ahoskie Greenville Morehead City Wilmington All work‑related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay, and, depending on cost‑effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. What You’ll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER,ICS,ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in‑service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
