Right Place. Right Price.Position SummarySeeking a full-time contract Research Associate to support the Media Lab within Biotechnology Lab Operations - Expert Central Lab Services (ECLS) team. This role is critical to preparing high-quality culture media for biotechnology research and production. The ideal candidate will be scientifically skilled, physically capable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced lab environment. Responsibilities Media Preparation & SupportPrepare plant tissue culture media using established protocolsAdjust formulations and troubleshoot with scientistsTrack and prioritize media requests using lab systems Lab Operations & Maintenance  Clean and maintain lab equipment regularlyManage chemical inventoryCommunicate with internal teams on media quality and delivery timelines Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety, ergonomic, and aseptic proceduresEnsure compliance with chemical handling and biological hazard protocols Physical & Multitasking RequirementsStand for extended periods during lab workLift and move materials weighing 20-45 lbs. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements with ergonomic awarenessHandle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-throughput lab environmentRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, agronomy, chemistry, or related fieldStrong foundation in chemistry, math, and biologyExperience with aseptic techniques and standard lab practicesAbility to multitask and work independentlyExcellent communication and organizational skillsFluent in English (spoken, written, reading)Preferred QualificationsExperience in media preparation or plant tissue cultureFamiliarity with regulated lab environments and safety protocolsPrior experience in production or research lab settingsWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
