Key Responsibilities:
Technology Savvy: Utilize our Point of Sale (POS) systems, back-office software, inventory management tools, and social media platforms effortlessly to streamline operations and drive sales.
Community Engagement: Act as the spokesperson for our Smoothie King location, forging partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
Labor Management: Schedule team members effectively to optimize labor costs, ensuring we meet our labor goals while maintaining excellent service standards.
Inventory Control: Conduct weekly inventory counts and manage orders strategically to stay within budget and avoid overspending while keeping our stock levels optimal.
Training and Development: Teach and train new and existing team members in accordance with Smoothie King policies and procedures, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Managerial Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and address any operational challenges as they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
Tech Proficiency: Comfort with technology, including POS systems, inventory management software, and social media tools to enhance business performance.
Community-Oriented: A proactive approach to building relationships with local businesses and organizations, with a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Organizational Skills: Strong scheduling and organizational abilities to manage labor effectively and meet operational targets.
Training Experience: Prior experience in training staff and developing a high-performing team.
