Wilco continues to innovate and expand, with major undergrounding projects across Florida. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Skilled HDD Foreman based in West Palm Beach, FL. The primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining HDD (Horizontal Directional Drill) equipment, assisting in underground utility installations, transporting equipment and materials using a CDL vehicle, and following safety guidelines and procedures. The role requires collaboration with other team members to complete projects efficiently and safely, as well as ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Qualifications Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) equipment operation and maintenanceClass A CDL with a clean driving recordFamiliarity with underground utility installation, trenching, site preparation, and conduit installationAbility to work in a physically demanding environment, including operating heavy machinery and performing manual laborKnowledge and adherence to safety protocols and proceduresStrong teamwork and communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to quality in project execution
