Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creation Specialist to support the development of brand-forward and externally facing content. This role will be heavily focused on creating high-quality, long-form and thought leadership content that strengthens brand positioning and storytelling across channels. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role requiring strong writing, branding, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with an in-house creative team and contribute to both strategic branding initiatives and social content development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality, long-form, externally facing content including thought leadership pieces, blog-style content, and brand storytelling materialsCreate and support branding content initiatives (approximately 70% of the role) to enhance overall brand presence and messagingProduce social media content (approximately 30% of the role), including copy and supporting visuals aligned to brand standardsCollaborate closely with in-house creative teams (designers, copywriters, reviewers) to execute cohesive campaigns and assetsBridge gaps between cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and content deliveryAssist with content planning, calendars, and publishing workflowsCapture and refine content from onsite events, leadership sessions, and key initiatives as neededContribute to additional ad hoc or “leakage” projects outside of core responsibilities based on business needsRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, branding, or marketingStrong writing skills with demonstrated experience producing long-form, external-facing content (thought leadership, blogs, brand narratives)Experience developing branding content and maintaining consistent brand voice and messagingAbility to collaborate effectively within a creative team environment and across cross-functional stakeholdersStrong communication skills and ability to participate in meetings and content discussions with confidenceProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with the ability to edit and adjust creative assets as neededAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelinesCompensation:Up to $33.75/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
