Qualifications Proficiency in individual and group counseling, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care and therapeutic relationship-building.Experience in developing treatment plans, conducting client assessments, and utilizing evidence-based practices.Strong knowledge of alternative therapies and holistic approaches to mental health and wellness.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.Licensed or licensure-eligible as a mental health professional in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).Familiarity with maintaining client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.Master’s degree or higher in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.Prior experience in trauma-informed therapy or holistic treatment methods preferred.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with current mental health practices.
