Standard Iron - Thomson, GA has an opening for a Robot Programmer/Fitter 1st Shift: Mon - Thurs, 10 hour shifts 6a-4:30p Job Skills & Qualifications Experience programming Fanuc Robots - Required Proficient in blueprint reading - Required Ability to be certified in GMAW 2g & 3g Ability to weld Stainless Steel Proficient in the use of inspection tools: calipers, weld gauges, undercut gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, height gauges and tape measure Ability to efficiently set up welder parameters and fabricate weldments of moderate complexity that meet quality expectations Ability to perform welder machine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a good work ethic and positive attitude!
