Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Coordinator to own day-to-day execution across our website, marketing materials, social media, and trade show coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys producing high-quality work, being organized, and getting things done quickly. You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in how BCM presents itself to customers.Beauty Chain Manufacturing (BCM) is a fast-growing cosmetic manufacturing company based in Reno, Nevada. We develop and produce high-quality personal care and beauty products for leading brands across the country. We work across formulation, packaging, and production to support both emerging and established brands.NOTE: This role will be fully remote while we complete our new office space, with a transition to an in-office setting once construction is finalized.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing MaterialsBuild and update pitch decks, one-pagers, and capability presentationsTurn rough inputs into clean, client-ready materials quicklyMaintain consistency across all marketing assetsWebsite ManagementUpdate and maintain BCM’s website (content, products, capabilities)Ensure all information is current and aligned with sales effortsCoordinate with developers or platforms as neededTrade Shows & EventsPlan and execute trade shows end-to-end:Booth logistics, shipping, setup coordinationVendor management (printers, booth fabricators, etc.)Materials (samples, signage, collateral)Coordinate travel and schedules for team membersEnsure smooth, detail-oriented executionSocial Media & ContentManage LinkedIn and other relevant channelsCreate and schedule posts (projects, capabilities, events)Coordinate simple graphics or content as neededWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or eventsStrong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills (ability to create clean, professional decks)Experience updating websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)Highly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentTrade show or comparable event coordination experienceNice to have:Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe)Experience in beauty, CPG, or manufacturingCompensation$60,000 – $70,000 base salaryBonus potential (performance-based)Competitive benefits
