Roofer/Laborer

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is a leading regional commercial roofing contractor known for quality workmanship and a strong commitment to safety. We are seeking an experienced Roofer/Laborer to support the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, with a primary focus on single-ply roofing and metal installations.Position OverviewAs a Roofer/Laborer, you will play a hands-on role in commercial roofing projects, assisting with roofing system installations, metal work, and job-site operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, primarily single ply (TPO, EPDM, etc.)Perform metal installations, including coping, gutters, and edge metalSafely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and roofing machineryPrepare job sites and perform daily clean-upFollow all safety protocols, including fall protection and OSHA regulationsHandle and transport roofing materials and toolsWork collaboratively with technicians and crew members to meet project deadlinesMaintain high-quality workmanship and a clean, safe work environmentRequirementsExperience with single-ply roofing systems (other commercial roofing experience a plus)Knowledge of metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metalAbility to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, man lifts, etc.)Valid state ID or driver's licenseAbility to perform physical labor, lift materials, and work at heightsStrong commitment to job-site safety and compliance with OSHA standardsCompany Culture & ValuesAt Jolly Roofing & Contracting, we foster a supportive and team-oriented work environment built on integrity, safety, and excellence.
