Develop robust pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and zero-downtime deployments. Design high-performance vector search systems with advanced filtering capabilities. Build modular frameworks for agent orchestration using async Python and FastAPI. Fine-tune and evaluate domain-specific models using PyTorch. Develop and scale automated data extraction processes capable of handling massive datasets. Build real-time collaborative tools that integrate AI workflows using WebSockets/CRDTs. Create intuitive, polished frontend interfaces with Next.js and real-time data updates. Innovate new AI-user interaction patterns, reimagining interfaces like documents and spreadsheets.About YouYou thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment where creativity, execution, and ownership are valued. Your background might include 5+ years of technical experience. Experience as a founding or early startup engineer who has built products from 0 to 1.
