Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Supervise resident care given by C.N.A and Q.M.A Prepare and administer oral, nasal ear, eye, topical and inhaler and nebulizer medications Administer prn medications and follow up on effectiveness of medications Count scheduled 11 and 111 drugs with on coming and outgoing shifts to establish accuracy of supply Take and document blood pressures, temps, pulse, respirations, oxygen saturations and accu checks Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements: Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
