Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving emotional wellness and personal growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on client needsProvide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessionsMaintain accurate, timely, and confidential client recordsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionalsProvide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessaryEnsure compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standardsParticipate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervisionEducate clients and families on coping strategies and treatment optionsQualificationsMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fieldA Plus if you Speak Fluent SpanishCurrent state licensure required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent)Minimum of 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferredStrong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniquesExperience with EMR/EHR documentation systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information
