Role Description This full-time Marketing Specialist role is based on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct in-depth market research, and drive sales initiatives to enhance client engagement and brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing customer service interactions, executing marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the practice's marketing operations. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, ensuring clear, professional, and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Experience working for a PR firm. Experience in Market Research and analyzing industry trends to gather actionable insights for marketing initiatives.Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales, including planning and executing campaigns to achieve organizational goals.Time management and organizational skills to effectively execute multiple projectsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools or technologies is a strong advantage.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry is a plus.
