The role focuses on expanding the reach of Cambridge English Learning and Assessment solutions by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.You will work closely with distributors, agents and exam centres to maximise performance across the territory, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You will also play an important role in gathering market insight and promoting the recognition of Cambridge English qualifications.Key Responsibilities IncludeGrowing revenue and profitability within the assigned territory and maintaining a healthy pipeline.Managing both new and existing customers through direct visits and tailored support.Supporting partners to ensure effective sales delivery and order fulfilment.Accurately recording customer activity in Salesforce to enable reliable forecasting.Contributing to local marketing activity and providing valuable market and competitor insights.Upholding Cambridge University Press & Assessment values, ethics and compliance standards.About YouYou are an experienced sales or business development professional with a strong understanding of the education sector. You excel at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and thrive in a consultative sales environment. Highly organised and confident presenting to diverse audiences, you work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider team. You bring resilience, a solutions‑focused approach and a clear motivation to achieve results.To Be Successful In This Role, You Will HaveA degree or high‑school‑diploma‑level education.Knowledge of the local educational system.Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within education.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Language skills at minimum C1 level in the local language, with B2 English desirable.A consultative selling approach and customer‑focused mindset.A full, clean, current local driving licence (a must).RequirementsIf you meet the above minimum requirements, we encourage you to apply.
