We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as an Assistant Manager of Consumer Lending. Job SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant Manager of Consumer Lending to support the Consumer Lending team and ensure sub-departments meet organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans. As a manager, this role periodically provides training or updates to keep team members informed and aligned on key initiatives within their area. Key ResponsibilitiesLeads and mentors staff through lending training, coaching and evaluation. Monitors department operations to ensure that security procedures are followed Maintains LOS by monitoring database for issues, troubleshoot as needed Performance management, goal setting and scheduling. Qualifications2-4 years of current and applicable experience Minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory role Advanced knowledge of the lending industry and experience with consumer lending A two-year college degree preferred What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.
