Market Manager - Tri-State (NY/NJ/CT)

Over the last 35 years, we have built a strong and unique company culture representing some of Italy's finest producersStrong passion for and knowledge of Italian wine & spirits (Italian language a plus)Natural curiosity and wide-ranging interestsProven track record in distributor and account sales managementAbility to build lasting relationships with distributors, sales teams, and key accountsIn-depth knowledge of the assigned states including sales channels, distributors, accounts and opportunitiesSelf-starter with excellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, Power BI, and distributor reporting toolsSkilled at analyzing sales data and turning insights into actionKey ResponsibilitiesWork directly with distributors in educating sales teams, promoting and selling our products in the marketTake pride being the face of Dalla Terra in the marketSupport distributor sales teams through ride-withs, tastings, regular meetings and being accessible and responsiveGrow sales in key on- and off-premise accounts, including regional chainsOrganize producer market visits and represent brands at trade eventsConduct sales & trade education to strengthen brand awarenessStay up to date and share market intelligence as necessaryWork within provided budgets for pricing, samples, programming, and travelTrack and manage business against sales targets in assigned marketsUse sales data to help design programs that drive growthCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $75,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience + performance-based bonus of up to $25,000Benefits package, 401k+, mileage reimbursement, T&ETravel opportunitiesApplication ProcessComplete application and submit a cover letter and resume.
