The successful candidate will be pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role operates within a mission-driven team framework, requiring strong collaborative skills, a team-first attitude, and a data-driven approach to innovate and optimize across digital channels. Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels.Collaborate closely with other digital channel experts and stakeholders for seamless integration of marketing efforts.Serve as the primary strategist and innovator for one or two key digital channels.Lead in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance data to derive actionable insights for optimization.Spearhead A/B testing, CRO initiatives within your expertise domain, sharing key learnings for broader marketing strategy improvement. Must-have Skills:Profound expertise in SEO and Email Marketing.Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision making.Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
