Schedule:Monday through Friday, normal business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Work Arrangement:Candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager III will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects while serving as a liaison between project management, project teams, planning teams, and line management. This role requires a professional who can provide strategic direction and review project proposals to determine timelines, funding limitations, and procedures for project execution.Key Responsibilities Organize project teams and assign individual responsibilities. Develop and maintain project schedules and resolve resource requirements. Monitor and report project status, including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Identify and resolve obstacles to completing projects on time and within budget. Independently manage complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most critical matters when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency with Jira. Experience using Microsoft Project. Bachelor's degree preferred.
