Senior Program Manager – ERP Transformation (Cloud Implementation)Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite per week)Position Type: Full-time / Contract (24+ months)Our client, a global organization undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Program Manager – ERP Transformation to lead the execution of a multi-year enterprise ERP cloud implementation program.This role will own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional business and IT teams, ensuring successful migration from legacy systems to a modern cloud ERP platform. The position requires strong leadership across integrated workstreams, disciplined program governance, and the ability to drive execution in a complex, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionOwn full lifecycle delivery of the ERP transformation program (planning → deployment → stabilization)Lead integrated program planning across all workstreams, including ERP configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting, and deploymentManage program scope, schedule, budget, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions)Drive execution of critical milestones including testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercareEnsure alignment across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teamsGovernance & Integrated PlanningEstablish and lead program governance structure (executive reviews, steering committees, and workstream forums)Maintain a single, integrated program roadmap across releases, regions, and dependenciesManage cross-functional dependencies and protect the program critical pathDeliver clear, executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and key decisionsCross-Functional LeadershipLead and mentor Project Managers across global workstreams and regionsDefine program standards, tools, and operating cadence (planning, reporting, dependency tracking)Drive accountability, remove blockers, and escalate risks with actionable solutionsEnsure alignment between internal teams and external partnersStakeholder & Business PartnershipServe as primary program lead for senior business stakeholdersDrive decision-making on scope, requirements, and deployment strategyTranslate business needs into executable plans and measurable outcomesPresent decision-ready updates to executive leadershipERP Transformation & DeliveryLead migration from on-premise ERP systems to cloud-based platformsOversee data migration, integrations, and workflow transformation across ERP modulesSupport global rollout strategy, including regional deployment considerationsEnsure readiness for system cutovers and operational continuityChange Management & AdoptionDefine and lead change management, training, and communication strategiesEnsure stakeholder alignment and readiness across impacted teamsOversee training programs, adoption tracking, and post-go-live supportDrive user adoption and long-term value realizationVendor & Financial ManagementManage delivery across ERP vendors, system integrators, and third-party partnersEnsure alignment to scope, milestones, and quality expectationsOversee program budget, forecasting, and resource planningIdentify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targetsRisk & Compliance ManagementMaintain program-level risk and issue management processesEnsure compliance with IT controls, data governance, and regulatory requirementsDrive structured cutover planning and contingency strategiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise programs7+ years leading ERP implementations or major system transformationsExperience delivering at least one full lifecycle cloud ERP implementation with Infor (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and IT organizationsExperience managing large budgets and complex, multi-vendor environmentsStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Supply Chain)Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationExperience in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing environmentsBackground working with system integrators or ERP vendorsExperience supporting global deployments across multiple regionsChange management certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent experienceKey CompetenciesEnterprise Program Leadership & ExecutionStrategic Thinking & Systems IntegrationExecutive Communication & InfluenceFinancial & Operational AcumenChange Leadership & Organizational AlignmentVendor & Partner ManagementRisk Management & Problem SolvingWhy This RoleLead a high-impact, enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiativeHigh visibility with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersOpportunity to drive operational transformation and scalable business processesWork in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with meaningful impact
