Full-time and PRNPosition SummaryProvide assistance and direction to residents with personal care needs and activities of daily living.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned.Assist residents with activities of daily living; notify Wellness Manager of any changes in resident needs or abilitiesFollow all applicable Legacy community, state and federal rules and regulationsAnswer resident calls for assistanceTakes and records resident vital signsAssists with toileting of residents/patientsAssist residents to and from the dining room and activitiesServes and monitors residents during diningAssists residents with light daily housekeeping and trash removalAssist Lifestyles Coordinator with carrying out activities for residentsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
