Key Responsibilities:Accurately take guest orders with menu expertise and attentive sales techniques. Serve food and beverages quickly, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Communicate effectively with guests to identify their needs and assist with menu choices. Stay updated on new promotions and product offerings. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of menu items. Input orders accurately into the POS system. Assist with pre-bussing tables and other assigned tasks. Follow safe food handling practices and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Address guest complaints professionally, involving management when necessary. Engage positively with guests to enhance their overall dining experience. Assist in various roles as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For:We are seeking reliable, team-oriented individuals who can efficiently perform essential tasks. The ability to prioritize and multitask is vital. Qualifications:Strong customer service skills. Problem-solving skills to manage issues as they occur. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Comfortable with POS systems. Experience:0-2 years in a related role, familiar with standard restaurant practices. Physical Requirements:Must be able to: Stand and walk for long periods. Lift, push, carry, and transfer items weighing up to 50 pounds. Regularly reach, bend, and stoop.
