Product Operations Coordinator

Product Operations Coordinator is a remote, full-time position responsible for supporting cross-functional initiatives in product and data lifecycle management, client implementation, and operational tool administration. Key Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track milestones, and support product and data lifecycle processes Partner with product teams and clients to ensure accurate data implementation and gather requirements Administer Azure DevOps and maintain documentation for lifecycle workflows and operational standards Required Qualifications Experience in project coordination, product operations, PMO, or data operations Hands-on experience with work management tools, such as Azure DevOps Strong understanding of pharmacy claims data structures and file layouts Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent relevant work experience Experience working in client-facing environments
