The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in the security industry, strong communication skills, and experience using workforce management/reporting systems such as TrackTik or similar platforms.Responsibilities Supervise and support security officers assigned to the residential communityEnsure all post orders, patrols, and reporting procedures are followedConduct property patrols and respond to incidents as neededMaintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentationMonitor staffing, attendance, and shift coverageServe as the primary point of contact for site-related issuesUse workforce management/reporting systems for scheduling, reporting, and tracking officer activityMaintain professional interaction with residents, guests, and property managementRequirements Active Virginia DCJS Security Officer License (Guard Card) requiredPrevious security supervisor experience requiredPrior security experience in residential communities preferredExperience with TrackTik preferred, or similar systems such as Trackforce, THERMS, or related security workforce management softwareValid driver's license with clean driving record requiredMust be able to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checkStrong written and verbal communication skillsReliable, professional, and detail-orientedPreferred Qualifications Experience managing teams in residential or HOA environmentsFamiliarity with mobile patrol operations and digital reporting systemsConflict resolution and customer service experienceBenefits Full-time weekday scheduleConsistent hoursOpportunity for advancementProfessional work environmentApply today to join a growing security team serving a residential community in Ruther Glen, VA.VA #11-1640Education Requirements (All) HS Diploma GED or H.S.
