Regional Summer School High School Chemistry Teachers Locations:Yates County MS/HS (grades 7-12, Penn Yan Academy)Newark/Lyons High (grades 9-12, Newark HS) Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver instruction aligned with New York State Learning Standards using curriculum and materials provided by participating districts.Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and positive behavior.Maintain accurate student attendance and required documentation using the W-FL BOCES student management system.Collaborate with cooperative administrators and staff to support student learning and program operations.Participate in required staff orientation, trainings, and assigned program responsibilities.Record and finalize student grades and narrative comments in accordance with program expectations.Ensure all required student records are complete prior to the conclusion of the program.Assist with Regents examination preparation for students.Participate in Regents exam administration and scoring, when assigned and appropriately certified.Support program operations through the conclusion of Regents examinations.
