Three or more years commercial cooking experience preferred.Licensure and/or CertificationServeSafe Certification preferred.SkillsAbility to read, understand and follow written menus, recipes instructions and food.Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices.Ability to maintain confidential information.Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
