IT Manager
Description
Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to guide and advance the organization's technology strategy across systems, infrastructure, and end-user support. This role is responsible for both the day-to-day health of IT operations and the long-term planning required to support growth, scalability, and reliability in a multi-location environment. The Director of IT will lead a team of IT professionals while partnering closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
This position operates on a standard Monday-Friday schedule and may be onsite.
Leadership Competencies

Preferred Experience
Industry certifications such as CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, or ITIL
Experience with cloud migrations or modernization initiatives
Background supporting organizations in regulated environments (e.g., financial services)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive a comprehensive IT strategy that supports organizational and operational goals
Lead, coach, and grow a team of Help Desk Engineers and other IT staff
Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security
Manage enterprise infrastructure including networking, servers, VPNs, and firewalls
Establish and maintain cybersecurity controls, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices
Design and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and enable business growth
Own disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
Collaborate with senior leadership on digital transformation initiatives
Manage IT budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and cost optimization
Ensure consistent IT service delivery across multiple offices or locations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including people leadership
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise networking environments
Demonstrated experience leading IT operations across multiple locations
Proven background in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building accountable, high-performing teams
