Sales Support & Inventory Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to support our Energy Solutions, Warehouse, and New Equipment operations. This role is responsible for processing sales orders, managing inventory, coordinating equipment deliveries, and working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth order process from start to finish.What you will be doing:Process and manage new equipment sales orders for Energy Solutions, warehouse equipment, batteries, chargers, and attachmentsOrder equipment from vendors and receive inventory into ERP/CRM systemsTrack inventory, equipment deliveries, and customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely completionCoordinate equipment pick-up and delivery with customers and internal teamsReview paperwork and inventory records for accuracy and proper invoicingObtain customer payments and process vendor documentationMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with year-end inventory reportingCommunicate with sales, operations, vendors, and customers regarding order status and updatesProvide administrative support to the sales and coordination teamsAssist with additional projects and operational support as neededWhat you will need:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred1+ years of administrative, sales support, inventory, or coordination experienceExperience with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
