What you'll doLead crews to meet project timelinesSafely operate and control assigned equipmentAssist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as neededOversee and help with training of crew membersHelp ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulationsMaintain production notes & DOT paperworkOperate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenancePerform work in all weather conditionsAll other duties as assigned What you'll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyA valid driver's licenseHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferredAt least three years of related experiencePrevious Foreman experience preferred Physical abilities & exposuresRoutinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 poundsOccasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouseThe wage range for Foreman Telecom Construction Equipment is $25.00 - $36.00Why work with usYour career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
