Senior Associate - Senior Software Engineer - AI & Cloud Platforms

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per weekWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with AI expertise to help design and deliver modern, cloud-native insurance platforms. This role sits within our core systems team and partners closely with engineers, architects, data scientists, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available solutions leveraging AWS, APIs, DevSecOps, and AI.You will play a key role in advancing automation, developer productivity, and AI-enabled capabilities while contributing to enterprise standards and best practices.What You'll DoDesign, build, and deploy cloud-native applications and platforms on AWSApply AI and automation to improve developer experience and productivityBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automationDesign and consume APIs and reusable servicesEnsure solutions meet security, performance, resilience, and compliance standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environmentContribute to architecture evolution, technical standards, and engineering best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5-7 years of software engineering experience building production-grade systemsHands-on experience with AWS, cloud-native architecture, and infrastructure as code (Terraform)Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automationExperience building or deploying AI or Agentic AI use casesProficiency with modern programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET)Experience with containerization (EKS/ECR), APIs, and modern development tools (GitHub, Jira)Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business partnersPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial services, insurance, or wealth managementExperience with LLM-based solutions and emerging AI technologiesFamiliarity with DevSecOps platforms (e.g., Harness)Relevant certifications in cloud, DevSecOps, or AI#LI-TL2Pay TransparencySalary Range: $100,000-$143,000Overtime eligible: ExemptDiscretionary bonus eligible: YesSales bonus eligible: NoActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
