The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and managing a significant annual revenue stream, developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable services to a diverse client base. This role requires a senior executive with a strong background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, particularly in the final mile or last-mile delivery sector, and a proven track record of success in managing multi-state operations with substantial P&L responsibility. Key responsibilities for the Regional President include overseeing P&L, budgeting, and financial controls, building and retaining high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The role also involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with major clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, as well as aligning regional initiatives with the company's broader objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
