Engage cross-functionally and throughout all levels. Work together to win.ResponsibilitiesThe Manufacturing Shipper/Assembler hybrid position is part of the Logistics & Production Teams. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position. This role will initially work within Logistics and then transfer to Assembly. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following:ShippingEnsures that all incoming materials, parts, or products are accurately received, verified, and recorded in inventory systems.Detects and reports discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods, enabling timely resolution and minimizing disruption to production or order fulfillment.Confirms that the goods received meet quality standards and match purchase orders and supplier documentation.Prepares and stages outgoing shipments with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and packaging integrity.Generates and verifies shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs paperwork), ensuring compliance with carrier and regulatory standards.Minimize delivery errors and delays, enhance customer satisfaction, and support service-level commitments.AssemblyReview and retrieve required inventory parts on schematics, drawings or work instructions.Perform simple to complex assembly operations.Test and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.Report any deficiency to the DepartmentFollow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.Possess some electrical and mechanical knowledge.Ability to use small hand tools including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers and screwdrivers.Ability to use basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate with Department Lead any discrepancies.Proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment and safety conditions.Maintain clean, neat, safe and orderly work area.Attend work regularly and promptly.Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.Attend and participate in all required training.Attend and participate in all departmental meetings.Other essential duties as assigned.Compliance, Safety, And Operational ExcellenceUpholds all safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards, reducing incidents and supporting a safe work environment.Handles hazardous or sensitive materials according to regulatory guidelines when applicable.Continuously looking for process improvements to enhance speed, reduce waste, and support lean warehouse operations.Qualifications / CompetenciesHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.Basic math skillsAble to use small hand tools.Adheres to quality standard and safety standardsPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, machinery, tools, and quality control procedures.Physical ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.Able to read diagrams, and understand basic electrical and mechanical conceptsSystems UsedMicrosoft SuiteCSIUKG General NoticesProcess Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
