Duration: Contract until Dec 31, 2026We are looking for a detail-oriented SOP Writer / Documentation Specialist to support the Office of Business and Finance. This role will focus on documenting operational workflows, creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and organizing internal administrative documentation.Key Responsibilities⢠Draft, edit, and maintain SOPs and internal documentation⢠Translate operational workflows into clear written procedures⢠Organize and maintain a centralized documentation repository⢠Support documentation for financial, procurement, and administrative processes⢠Collaborate with managers and subject matter expertsRequirementsâ Experience in technical writing, SOP documentation, or administrative documentationâ Strong writing, editing, and documentation skillsâ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlookâ Strong organizational and document management skillsPreferredâ Experience with document management systems (e.g., OnBase)â Familiarity with financial or public sector operationsIf you're interested or know someone who might be a good fit, feel free to apply or message me directly.
