The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of antenna systems that enable seamless device connectivity and high-capacity network links across global telecom bands. This includes modeling, simulation, and analysis to ensure optimal service coverage, as well as the design and prototyping of high-performance antenna solutions. The role also involves the integration of antenna systems within the vehicle structures, in-field testing, and leading a team of RF and antenna engineers as the company expands.Applicants for the Head of Antenna Systems position at the company should have a strong background in RF systems and antenna design, with a focus on phased arrays, patch arrays, and reflector-based antennas. Deep technical fluency in radio fundamentals and hands-on experience with cellular or high-throughput communication systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of integrating antennas into complex platforms, such as UAVs or spacecraft, and be adept at using modeling and test tools to validate performance.
