Overview
As Manager, Data Analytics, you drive data-driven insights to solve business and clinical challenges and support enterprise reporting. You lead scalable analytics work that automates data processes and ensures data quality across the organization. You will guide a diverse analytics team, delivering complex analyses and maintaining transparent, reproducible results. You contribute to the institute’s mission by advancing data capabilities that inform strategic decisions and patient outcomes. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of data analysts delivering analytics projects and managing end-user expectationsOversee development and production of complex clinical, operational, financial, and statistical analysesRecommend refinements to data inputs to improve analytics and data qualityMaintain project documentation, processes, best practices, and resultsEnsure data accuracy and reporting consistency by applying best practicesUse project management frameworks to manage budgets, plans, and staffingPrepare status reports and communicate issues and schedule adjustments as neededCollaborate with teams to support ongoing development of analytics platform and data warehouseIdentify new data sources and methods to improve predictive models
