Job summaryCED’s Management Training program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of CED’s business in order to run their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training.On-the-job training lasts for 2-3 years and includes rotations inWarehouseCounter salesAccounts payableAccounts receivableFinancial statementsPurchasingAccount managementProject managementInventory management andBusiness development.Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on electrical products, sales, and management.This position provides real on-the-job training and online training related to electrical systems, sales, and management.
