About The RoleWe are looking for a Salesforce LWC Developer with strong Sales Cloud experience to join a client-facing delivery team in a hands-on development role. This is an on-site engagement requiring presence at the client's office 2–3 days per week in the San Francisco Bay Area.The right candidate brings solid Lightning Web Components expertise, a track record of delivering custom Salesforce solutions, and the ability to work effectively within enterprise project teams.What You'll DoSalesforce DevelopmentBuild and maintain custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) aligned with business requirements and UX standardsDevelop and extend Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality through configuration, custom code, and automationWrite clean, well-documented Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support business logicImplement Flows, validation rules, and declarative automation where appropriateParticipate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the teamTechnical DeliveryTranslate functional and technical requirements into working Salesforce solutionsCollaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycleTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environmentsSupport deployment activities and contribute to release management processesIntegration & DataWork with REST/SOAP APIs to support integration touchpoints with external systemsAssist with data migration tasks and data quality validation as neededFollow security best practices including field-level security, sharing rules, and platform standardsWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have6+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Salesforce development2+ years of hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) with demonstrable deliverablesSolid experience working with Salesforce Sales CloudProficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flows, and the Salesforce declarative toolsetMust be located in the San Francisco Bay Area — on-site presence required 2–3 days per week (this is non-negotiable; remote candidates will not be considered)U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder onlyTechnical DepthLightning Web Components (LWC) — component architecture, lifecycle hooks, wire service, and event handlingApex — classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs, governor limitsSales Cloud — opportunity management, lead/contact models, forecasting, and related automationREST/SOAP API integration patternsFamiliarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD practices (e.g. Copado, Gearset, SF CLI)NICE TO HAVEExperience with Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience with Salesforce Data CloudSalesforce Platform Developer I or II certificationExperience working within consulting or client-facing delivery environmentsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesWhat Sets You ApartA strong portfolio of LWC deliverables demonstrating clean component design and reusabilityAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environmentClear communication skills and comfort working directly with business and technical stakeholdersA delivery-oriented mindset with attention to quality and detail
