Our state-of-the-art orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a results-driven ASC Administrator to oversee daily operations, support a growing surgical team, and drive continued success.About Our ASC: We specialize in orthopedic procedures including hand, joint, sports, foot and ankle, and PMR cases. With three fully equipped OR suites and a growing surgical volume, our center offers a collaborative environment where leadership, teamwork, and staff engagement are top priorities.What You’ll Do:Oversee Clinical Quality & Safety: Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical and nursing care. Lead initiatives in Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Safety, and Infection Control.Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor facility policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with state regulations, CMS, OSHA, CLIA, and AAAHC standards.Operational & Financial Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Monitor financial performance while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction.Team Leadership & Development: Guide staff performance, mentorship, recruitment, training, and credentialing.
