Applicants must hold or willing to obtain a substitute teaching license.Salary is based on years of experience and education.Fringe Benefits:Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision Insurance is available to all employees who work at least 30 hours per week.The Board of Education will pay 87% of the cost of insurance premiums for Single coverage or Family coverage if available. If the HSA Health Plan is selected, the Board will pay 50% of the annual deductible for first year.Employees who opt out of Medical and Prescription coverage will receive an annual opt out payment.Life Insurance - 100% Board paid $25,000 Term Life and AD&D Insurance policy for employees who work four hours per day or more.Sick Leave - 1.25 days per month, up to a maximum accumulation of 225 days.Personal Days - 3 unrestricted personal days, with unused days to be reimbursed at $100 per day.
