Role Description Technosoft Engineering is seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to foster long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with potential and existing clients, developing strategies to enter new markets, and nurturing partnerships to drive business growth. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Business strategy development and executionExcellent verbal and written Communication skillsExperience in Account Management and client relationship buildingProven ability to work collaboratively and independentlyFamiliarity with the engineering or technology services industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
