Kennel Technician/Shift Leader

Shift Lead Responsibilities: Carries out attains the mission and goals of the business Assures all guests are cared for in compliance with company standards Delegate responsibility, expect accountability and feedback Monitor/measure customer satisfaction Well organized and detail oriented Manage all front end duties and supervise back end staff, provide guidance when needed Check in/out procedures in kennel software (Gingr is a plus) Accepts deposits and payments from customers Answers telephone, email, and text inquiries Provides updates/report cards for parents Open/Closes kennel following company policies and procedures Provides tour of facility for potential customers Assist kennel technicians when necessary Is proficient and willing to complete any and all duties of kennel technicians Assisting management, being competent in problem solving and leadership skills used to run daily business in a proficient and efficient manner.
