Technical Trainer

Were partnering with a leading organization seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to support large-scale training initiatives focused on Workforce Management, UKG, SAP, MES, RedZone, and other operational systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience training employees in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or operational environments who enjoys helping teams successfully adopt new technologies and systems. Primarily Remote Approximately 25% Travel Initial 6-Month Contract with strong potential for extension Pay Rate: $50$60/hour Responsibilities: Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions Train employees and leadership teams on operational and workforce management systems Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (T3) sessions Support a multi-phase rollout across five training waves Partner closely with Operations, SMEs, and system administrators Develop job aids, workflows, and training documentation Additional Details: Candidate will attend a 3-day Train-the-Trainer program in North Carolina during the third week of June Position is primarily remote outside of training rollout travel Strong communication and facilitation skills required Experience with UKG, SAP, Kronos, MES, or RedZone highly preferred Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree required 5+ years of corporate training/facilitation experience Manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environment experience strongly preferred If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
