Reproducing difficult to replicate issues and identifying their root causes is a core part of this roleA strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work autonomously, take on unfamiliar areas, manage support tickets, and drive issues through to resolutionGood communication skills in English (B2 Upper Intermediate or higher).
