Their satisfaction starts with YOU!As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selectionCommunicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale systemComplete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your communityQualificationsTo be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our ResidentsIf under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)Server, must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulationsIt is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentationAdditional InformationIf you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
