Electrical Estimator

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Estimator based in Stratford, CT. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, analyzing blueprints and specifications, and collaborating with project managers and clients to deliver optimal solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include assessing project requirements, determining labor and material costs, maintaining cost control, and providing technical expertise in electrical contracting processes.QualificationsProficiency in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control methodologiesKnowledge and experience in Electrical Contracting processes and practicesUnderstanding of Electricity systems and principlesBackground in Electrical Engineering or a related technical fieldStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with relevant software tools for estimating and project managementPrior experience in electrical project estimation is a plusRelevant certifications or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields are desirable
