Need only US Citizens who are local to ChicagoPosition: SCRUM Master – AI PODSLocation: Chicago, ILDuration: 6-12 MonthsJob Description from Client:We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple AI Pods developing AI solutions for the legal industry. The role will coordinate AI specialists, technology teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to move AI initiatives from ideation and experimentation through production and adoption.The ideal candidate combines strong Agile delivery experience with an understanding of AI/Generative AI development, recognizing that AI projects require rapid experimentation, iterative validation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or technology program delivery roles.Demonstrated experience managing multiple Agile teams or pods.Experience with AI, Generative AI, data, automation, or emerging technology initiatives preferred.Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.Experience working in the legal industry, professional services, or regulated environments is preferred.Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, dependency management, and communication skills.Scrum/Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACPKey Success MeasuresSuccessful candidates will be measured on predictable delivery, speed from AI concept to production, quality and adoption of AI solutions, effective cross-pod coordination, and measurable business value delivered through the AI Pods.
