Brief DescriptionNextant is looking for a driven Program Manager Non-Tech 4 to join our client team. The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Direct, review and approve product designs and changes. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and 6+ years’ experience in business/product/technical program management OR equivalent experience. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 8-10 years’ experience required. Minimum 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 8+ years of Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word,Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, Outlook)6-8 Years of Proficient working with (and learning) other productivity tools including business applications (e.g. sales), SharePoint, reporting, and dashboards 8+ Experience with cross-organizational / cross-group communication spanning multiple stakeholders across a wider organization A high tolerance for ambiguity and change. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline.
