Associate Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team in a state-of-the-art dental office. As an Associate Dentist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Perform oral surgery procedures such as root canal therapy, and other advanced treatments as required.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to deliver effective four-handed dentistry.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation for patient records.
- Utilize medical imaging technology to diagnose and treat dental conditions.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
- Provide pediatric dentistry services to young patients, including pediatric oral surgery and pediatric root canal therapy.
- Demonstrate aseptic technique in all aspects of patient care.
- Participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dental care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state.
- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and oral surgery techniques.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and medical imaging.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry and pediatric oral surgery.
- Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $296,430.00 per year
